Restoration as an act of civic devotion.
Across a century, our cities produced architecture of breathtaking ambition — Beaux-Arts terminals, movie palaces, Art Deco hotels, cast-iron facades. Time, weather, and neglect have dimmed many of these masterpieces.
We partner with preservation architects, civic trusts, and local communities to fund rigorous, historically faithful restoration. Every project is selected for its cultural and architectural significance, and stewarded with full transparency.
